What is the cost of a training course or seminar?
We are reimbursed for any travel based on the cost of any airline tickets or the standard IRS reimbursement for auto travel, plus overnight lodging, if applicable, meals, and a Love Offering at the end of the conference.

Is there any cost for books, hand-outs, etc?
Based on the type of seminar, there is a $25.00 charge for textbooks, student hand-outs, program curriculum outlines, and PowerPoint presentations, which are a part of the text fee per single individual or married couple who would share the material.

What is the curriculum used in your teaching?
Dave is certified by the National Center for Fathering in Kansas City, Kansas, as a Master Trainer. The curriculum name is “The 7 Secrets of Effective Fathering."

What is the schedule for your conference?

There are several formats for our seminars. First, we provide a 4-hour, more intense, compact morning or afternoon teaching. There is less time for interaction between participants and speakers. Second, we provide an eight-hour class that can be all day with a break for lunch or on a Friday evening, with the class completed the following Saturday at noon. The second format is more popular because of the opportunity for questions, the interaction of the audience, and small group break-outs. Our international programs are customized due to the time involved in interpretation services.  Speaking in general, an international course is 2-3 days followed by a minimum of 1 day for Instructor Training.  Our international trips involve training fathering instructors and master trainers for the development of a national program.  A master trainer is chosen by The Father's Cry to train men in their country to continue the program's growth under the standards of the National Center for Fathering (fathers.com).

Who can attend your classes or conferences?
The optimum audience is men 18 and older to granddads. Men who are single, divorced, separated, or married represent the targeted audience. We do encourage wives to attend with their husbands.

Where do you provide classes or conferences?

We have conducted seminars in  Belarus, Kenya, Malawi, Nairobi, South Africa, Pakistan, and the U.A.E. as well as throughout the United States. We teach in churches, hotels, community centers, and adult and youth prisons. Consistent electrical and internet is optimum but not required.
