What is the cost of the seminar?
We are reimbursed for any travel based on the cost of any airline tickets or the standard IRS reimbursement for auto travel, plus overnight lodging if applicable, meals and a Love Offering at the end of the conference.
Are there any costs for books, hand-outs, etc?
Based on the type of seminar, there is a $25.00 charge for the text book and all hand-outs and outlines, power-point presentations are a part of the text fee per single individual or married couple who would share the material.
What is the curriculum used in your teaching?
Dave is certified by the National Center for Fathering in Kansas City, Ka. as a Master Trainer. Please see our “link” to their web site. The name of the curriculum is “The 7 Secrets of Fathering”.
What is the schedule of your conference?
There are several formats for our seminars.First, we provide a 4 hour morning or afternoon seminar that is intense and more compact. There is less time for interaction between participants and speakers.Second, we provide an eight hour seminar that can be all day with a break for lunch or on a Friday evening with the seminar completing the following noon.The second format is the more popular because of the opportunity for questions, interaction of the audience and small group break-outs.
Who can attend your seminars?
The optimum audience is young men 18 and older to granddads. Men who are single, divorced, separated, or married represent the targeted audience. We do encourage wives to attend with their husbands.
Where do you provide the seminars?
We have conducted seminars in Mexico City, Belarus, Kenya, and Malawi Africa as well as throughout southwestern United States. We teach in churches, hotels, community centers, adult and youth prisons.
